Our savory danish is a unique interpretation of a Greek classic Spanakopita. While traditionally made in phyllo dough, we wrapped ours in a flaky croissant dough and filled it with a creamy roasted garlic spinach and whipped feta.
Feature: Canelé
Our canelé is a tiny treasure from Bordeaux: a golden shell with a delicate caramelized crunch that gives way to a custardy center, gently hinted with vanilla and a touch of rum. Elegant, irresistible, and just the right size for a little moment of joy.
